LOCATION: Center for the Arts Lobby

Rise & Brine is a Farm to Fork community favorite, bringing people together in the Center for the Arts lobby for a hands-on morning of pickling and preserving. Participants will work with seasonal produce, make their own creations to take home, and learn from local experts - including knife skills with Corey Milligan of New West KnifeWorks. Farmer Fred K. will also be sharing the secrets behind his finest kraut!

What to Bring: This is a BYO supplies event, so please come prepared, you will not be able to participate without your own materials.

Pickling: Bring a cutting board, knife, and mason jars.
Making kraut: Bring all of the above plus a bowl and mandoline (if you have one!)
