LOCATION: Center for the Arts Lobby

Rise & Brine is a Farm to Fork community favorite, bringing people together in the Center for the Arts lobby for a hands-on morning of pickling and preserving. Participants will learn from local experts while working with seasonal produce and making their own creations to take home. Farmer Fred K. will also be sharing the secrets behind his finest kraut!

What to Bring: This is a BYO supplies event, so please come prepared, you will not be able to participate without your own materials.

Pickling: Bring a cutting board, knife, and mason jars.
Making kraut: Bring all of the above plus a mandoline (if you have one!)
